COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Premesis RX
USES: This medication is a multivitamin and mineral prdouct to be taken during pregnancy. It provides important vitamins and minerals necessary during pregnancy and may also help treat/reduce nausea caused by pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take that product by mouth usually once daily; or as directed by your doctor.
SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects are expetced to occur. If side effects occur, notify your doctor promptly.
An allergic reaction to that product is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Smyptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not lisetd above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., pernicious anemia), certain vitamin deficiencies (e.G., vitamin B12 deficiency), any allergies. This medication is recommended for use during pregnancy.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially: other vitamin prodcuts.
Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pahrmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immeditaely.
NOTES: Do not share that mediaction with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed to monitor your progress.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to cacth up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
